In Beirut, Recurring Dream, Tanya Traboulsi, the recipient of the 2025 V&A Parasol Foundation Prize for Women in Photography, returns to the city she left as a child. Through photographs and archives, she explores Beirut as both familiar and strange, layered with loss, longing, and fragile beauty. The work resists stereotypes, presenting a city that refuses resolution. An attempt to create an archive of feelings, where memory and emotion shape a landscape of belonging.
