San Gimignano

San Gimignano is a hilly town to the southwest of Florence that is characterized not only by its medieval towers, 13th century walls, and historic town center but also for its firm place on the Contemporary Art map. For it is home to the Galleria Continua, an internationally renowned art gallery whose counterparts are situated in Beijing, Paris and Cuba.
