Giogalto

The little village of Giogalto, home of the School’s Director, Rebecca Olsen, and her family, is situated in this valley, providing an excellent base to explore the local sights. Students are encouraged to go and enjoy the Tuscan countryside and they can also take part in a traditional Italian cooking class. The fruits of this labor are eaten together in a shared meal at the end of the class with every member of the trip.
