The SRISA design department offers communication, fashion, and interior design students a fantastic selection of courses. While each department is unique, they share a common thread: a commitment to sustainable, ethical design.
Courses such as Design and Social Movements in History and Sustainable Clothing and Ethical Fashion are examples of how SRISA encourages students to think and use design to make the world a better place.
Facilities
SRISA design studios, located at the Studio 55 Campus, just steps away from the main San Gallo Campus, provide ample workspace for students to develop their projects inside and outside of class. Each design room contains powerful Mac computers featuring the most recent versions of Adobe Suite and other relevant software. The Fashion studio is equipped with 13 beginning and advanced sewing machines, two overlock cutters, and forms for both European and USA standards.
