Curated by Pietro Gaglianò
SRISA Project Space presents the project of three young artists: Albien Alushaj, Arbër Elezi and Dhimitraq Kote. All of them were born and raised in Albania and came to Florence in order to complete their artistic training at the Academy of Fine Arts. In addition to their education at the academy other experiences such as seminars at Teatro Studio in Scandicci, and at SRISA were fundamental in giving them a sense of artistic intent.
Each artist is autonomous, engaging his own themes and using his own language which includes everything from painting to installation along with performance. Alushaj, Elezi and Kote have engaged in several shared projects, which include crofsdisciplinary practices and research about the shape of art in relationship to social and political issues.
