SRISA and Maryville University Transcripts
All study abroad students will receive a SRISA transcript free of charge upon successful completion of their academic program. As SRISA is a non-profit US 501 c-3 and not a degree providing institution, the SRISA transcript may not transfer credits to the student’s home institution. Therefore, students may also request a Maryville University transcript. It is the student’s responsibility to check with their home institution to see which transcript is needed for successful credit transfer.
Both Maryville University and SRISA official transcripts are issued directly to the student unless otherwise requested by the student or in accordance with a direct affiliation agreement between the institutions.
Maryville University Transcript
SRISA’s School of Record is Maryville University in St. Louis, which grants credit for courses successfully completed at SRISA during Fall, Spring, and Summer academic programs. Maryville University is fully accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and, the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. SRISA students who meet Maryville University enrollment requirements may obtain a domestic US transcript through Maryville University.
When will you receive your Maryville Transcript?
All SRISA students who have requested and paid for a Maryville University Transcript will receive a transcript approximately one month after the completion of the program along with a Maryville ID. How to Receive a Maryville University Transcript
On the SRISA Enrollment Application students are asked if they wish to receive Maryville University credit.
Cost of Maryville Transcript
If students answer “yes” to receive a Maryville Transcript on the Enrollment Application, they will be assessed a transcript fee:
- $250 for semester programs (valid for up to two semesters plus two summer sessions within the same academic or calendar year)
- $200 fee for summer programs
- The transcript fee is non-refundable.

- No additional cost for USPS domestic, 5-15 days
- From $35+ FedEx Express within USA, 1-2 days
- From $75+ FedEx Express International, 2-5 days
