Biography:
Tina Fallani Benaim completed film school in Milan, Italy with a degree in cinema and television, specializing in film and video editing. For many years she worked in the U.S. as a film and sound editor on feature films including Dead Poets Society, The Godfather Part 3, The Godfather Trilogy, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, The Secret Garden, and many others. Ms. Fallani moved back to Florence in 1992 after living in the U.S. for 7 years and began her teaching career. In addition to her passion for cinema, she began cooking on a professional level in 2005. In addition to teaching at SRISA, Ms. Fallani teaches at Georgetown University, Kent State University, and Syracuse University.
