Prof. Gleb Shtyrmer, MFA SRISA Adjunct Professor of Fine Arts
Teaching Philosophy:
“ In my experience, the hallmark of a good course is its ability to empower students to achieve something they previously could not. With this goal in mind, I always craft my courses to allow students to delve deeper into the methods of painting and drawing, laying a strong foundation for their future artistic development. For this purpose, there's no better place than Florence - a city that has served as a source of inspiration to countless classical, contemporary, and modern artists. Its rich artistic history is a luxury to be savored, and I believe that experiencing it firsthand is an unparalleled opportunity for any aspiring artist.
